The Driving Principle of Industrial Temperature Control System

The driving process of DS18B20 mainly relies on the 1-Wire bus system. This bus system can control one or more slave devices with one bus master device. Our MCU is the master device, and DS18B20 is always the slave device. All the slave devices on the 1-Wire bus system The sending of command or data follows the principle of sending the low bit first.

The 1-Wire bus system has only one data line and requires an external pull-up resistor of about 5kΩ, so the data line is high when idle. Each device (master or slave) is connected to the data line through an open-drain or 3-state gate pin. This allows each device to “free up” the data line, and other devices can effectively use the data line when the device is not transmitting data.
