The Working Principle of Coffee Machine Temperature Sensor
An important component in the coffee machine switch is the heater, which is equipped with an NTC temperature sensor that measures the temperature. When the power switch is turned on, the indicator light is on, and the heating tube starts to work. When there is no water in the water tank, the temperature rises. When it reaches a certain temperature, the thermostat is disconnected, and the NTC temperature sensor in the heating pipe stops working. When the temperature starts to drop, the thermostat starts to recover, and the heating pipe continues to work. So as to achieve the effect of heat preservation.
The characteristic of the NTC temperature sensor is that the resistance value decreases as the temperature increases. The heating tube in the coffee machine uses this feature to ensure the safety of the coffee machine. Thermistors and NTC temperature sensors used on coffee machines generally use bullet shells, which have a very fast response speed and can be waterproof.
